Hangar 9 (H9) is thrilled to host a night of non-stop laughter with a Stand-Up Comedy Night! Featuring the one and only showcase Blind Stein & Friends!

For over thirteen years, comedian Matt “Blind Stein” has been touring coast to coast with a style that is as sharp as it is hilarious. Born and raised in the blue-collar bubble of West Peoria, IL, Stein’s comedy blends sarcastic wit, biting cultural commentary, and the unpredictable twists of his own life experiences. A gregarious 38-year-old and winner of the 2013 Central Illinois Most Dangerous Comic and the 2015 Rock Island Laugh Hard Comedy Contest, Blind Stein’s act is equal parts thought-provoking and gut-busting. As he puts it himself: “Call it insight, call it hindsight, I’ve got no sight. But you’ll call it funny.”

Joining him on stage will be a hand-picked lineup of talented comedians from across the Midwest — with comics traveling in from Chicago, Peoria, Springfield, Quincy, and St. Louis. Each brings their own unique voice and high-energy presence, making this a comedy showcase you won’t forget.
